Leadous is a women-owned, privately held company founded in 2015 as Leadous LLC and transitioned to Leadous, Inc. in 2018.
We checked the “partner” box when our founder and CEO, Tracey Ellis, attended our first Marketo Nation event because it was the closest fit for what we were building. Just three months after launch, that decision led to a call from the VP of Partnerships saying there was no record of Leadous. We explained that partnership was not just a category for us, it was the operating model. A year later, that same VP called Leadous a “zero-to-hero partner.”
Our early growth came from Marketo Sales Reps, our own personal relationships, clients we met through the Marketo community, and the teams who brought us with them as they moved, grew, and succeeded.
We expanded from Marketo Engage into Bizible, then continued forward when Adobe acquired Marketo:

That chapter shaped the tenacity that still defines Leadous today: persistent, practical, and willing to do the hard work required to help clients and partners succeed.
We have always been strategically aggressive and financially conservative, a discipline that helped Leadous withstand COVID and continue serving customers through uncertainty.
In 2022, Leadous launched ERVAR as an experience-focused extension for the broader Adobe Experience ecosystem and larger-scale projects through partnerships with IBM:

As Adobe placed greater emphasis on Adobe Experience Platform, and as the future of Marketo Engage and Marketo Measure continued to evolve, Leadous made the decision in 2025 to focus more broadly on digital transformation and fold ERVAR back into Leadous.
