Scope & Important Notice
This Policy & Compliance Center describes the practices and commitments of Leadous Inc. (“Leadous,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) concerning privacy, security, accessibility, responsible AI, communications, and related operational matters.
It applies to information collected through leadous.com, forms, meeting requests, marketing communications, and ordinary Leadous business interactions. Client project data may also be governed by a master services agreement, statement of work, data processing agreement, confidentiality agreement, platform terms, or other written contract. Where a written client agreement conflicts with this page, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Leadous and its service providers may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

No security method is perfect. Leadous cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization, but we continually assess and improve safeguards appropriate to our operations.
Digital Accessibility
Leadous is committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible to the widest practical audience, including people with disabilities. We work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and consider ADA and Section 508 expectations where applicable.

- Visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Descriptive links, labels, instructions, and error messages.
- Color-contrast and responsive-layout review.
- Testing with automated tools and manual review.

Accessibility Assistance and Remediation
If you encounter a barrier or need content in an alternative format, contact accessibility@leadous.com or call 844-LEADOUS. Please identify the page, the issue, the assistive technology or browser involved if relevant, and your preferred contact method.
Our response goal is within two business days. We will acknowledge the concern, assess the barrier, provide reasonable assistance or an alternative when possible, and track remediation through resolution.
Responsible AI
Leadous believes AI should strengthen human expertise and execution—not remove accountability. Our approach to AI-enabled work emphasizes practical use, proportionate controls, documented decisions, and human review where risk or impact warrants it.
Our Responsible AI Principles
- Human accountability: People remain responsible for decisions, approvals, and outcomes.
- Purpose limitation: AI use should have a defined business purpose and appropriate scope.
- Data protection: Client and personal information should not be entered into unapproved tools or used contrary to contractual requirements.
- Transparency: Material AI involvement should be disclosed when appropriate to the engagement and use case.
- Review and validation: Outputs should be checked for accuracy, bias, security, compliance, and brand risk before production use.
- Governance and documentation: Workflows, approvals, controls, and exceptions should be documented at a level proportionate to risk.
- Monitoring: AI-supported workflows should be measured and adjusted as models, platforms, and business conditions change.
Specific AI controls may be defined in project documentation, client policies, platform terms, data processing agreements, or statements of work.
Enterprise & Government Readiness
Leadous supports organizations with formal governance, documentation, accessibility, security, and operational requirements. Our delivery practices are informed by recognized standards and expectations, including WCAG 2.2, Section 508, privacy principles, responsible AI practices, access control, change management, quality assurance, and platform governance.
When a client requires a specific control framework, certification, contractual term, accessibility conformance report, security questionnaire, or data-processing arrangement, Leadous evaluates the requirement as part of scoping and contracting.
Confidentiality & Client Data
Leadous treats nonpublic client information as confidential and uses it only to perform authorized work, administer the client relationship, comply with law, and protect systems and rights. We routinely support nondisclosure agreements, role-based access, controlled permissions, secure information handling, and removal of access when work ends.
Ownership, permitted use, return or deletion, and retention of client information are governed by the applicable agreement. Leadous personnel and approved contractors are expected to comply with confidentiality and access requirements relevant to their work.
Vendors, Platforms & Subprocessors
Leadous relies on selected third parties to support website hosting, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, email, scheduling, communications, document management, security, and service delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and, where appropriate, contractual confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
For client engagements, the platforms and subprocessors involved depend on the services, client environment, and approved solution architecture. A current engagement-specific list may be provided upon reasonable request where contractually applicable.
Third-Party Content
Our website may contain links, embeds, videos, forms, maps, social content, or tools provided by third parties. Leadous does not control every aspect of those services, including their privacy, security, cookie, or accessibility practices.
Communication Preferences
You may choose to receive educational resources, company updates, event information, and marketing communications. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
Telephone
If you provide a telephone number, Leadous may contact you regarding requested services, meetings, customer support, business inquiries, or marketing where consent or applicable law permits.
Text Messages
Where Leadous offers SMS communications and you opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy
The Leadous website and services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact compliance@leadous.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
Incident & Concern Reporting
Please report suspected security issues, privacy concerns, accessibility barriers, misuse of Leadous systems, or compliance questions promptly. Do not include sensitive information in an initial unencrypted email.
Report a concern
We review reports, route them to an appropriate owner, assess impact and obligations, document actions, and respond as appropriate.
Policy Updates
Leadous may revise this page to reflect changes in law, technology, services, vendors, or operational practices. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or communicated through another appropriate channel. The effective date and last-reviewed date at the top indicate the current version.
