Prior to founding Leadous, Tracey held Vice President and Director roles in Sales & Marketing, with technology corporations like Clockwork Solutions, Descartes (formerly Airclic), IBM (formerly Cognos/Adaytum) and Forsythe Technology. She even successfully owned and operated her own consulting agency for 7 years. Talk about a POWERHOUSE!

Blake has unique skill set in being a marketer and understanding code and technology. He has worked for multiple technology companies leading their Marketing Automation Teams, including IBM and Code42. In addition, he has worked at an Email Service Provider in the past as an Account Manager managing marketing automation for retail clients including Loreal, Hasbro, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Hyundai. He hands on expertise in many applications including, but not limited to, Marketo, Eloqua, IBM Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau enabling him to provide a full cycle understanding of marketing spend and ROI.

Another Marketing Automation guru- Robert brings over 25 years of digital marketing strategies and operational expertise to Leadous. He takes lead on managing our partnership with Marketo and our services with key clients to ensure requirements are mapped to the correct resources. As a Marketo Certified Expert, Robert also has an outstanding software and technical skill set that allows him to work with a variety of client and server technologies across the healthcare, IT software/technology industries.

Aimee combines her status as a Marketo Certified Expert and Marketo Solutions Architect with her 18 years of experience in teaching, technology and leadership to provide staff and clients with the proper Marketo and Adobe resources. Aimee also assists with creative and technical strategies, implementation and is an expert in Salesforce Administration. Think of Aimee as our North Star, guiding us to use marketing automation best practices from implementation to campaign execution.

With a background in PR and Marketing, Elizabeth assists with leading our client projects and has implemented several internal and external processes across Leadous to ensure client happiness by meeting client expectations and goals- all while staying on budget.

With a vast background in digital and graphic design, Kasey helps clients pack a punch in their marketing efforts through the creation of successful lead lifecycles, webinars and event programs, campaign nurtures, scoring campaigns and reiterate and report on lead generation strategies. Kasey is also a Marketo Certified expert and holds a Specialization in Nurture and Engagement to help our clients continually launch sophisticated Nurture campaigns.

In her first year with Leadous, Megan has powered her way through the Leadous ranks after becoming a Marketo Certified Expert and Program and Campaign Specialist. She assist our clients by constructing creative content for any digital strategy, including developing lead generation initiatives and data management programs, tracking and advanced reporting. Oh, and she is our go-to gal for all things HTML and CSS Design.

A strategist, relationship and business builder, Sara is responsible for client partnership relations and the development of automated digital marketing communications initiatives. Sara helps Leadous clients engage their target audiences and grow their business using her expertise in marketing strategy, digital and integrated marketing, marketing communications, and branding strategy. Sara brings 25+ years of strategic communications experience in the corporate and agency settings, most recently as an independent executive marketing strategist serving a diverse grouping of business verticals. Her direct experience working on both sides of the client/agency relationship has given her a unique perspective on how to: successfully build partnerships from managers in the trenches to the C-Suite, effectively operate within complex business environments, and fearlessly harness automated marketing technologies.
