Prior to founding Leadous, Tracey held Vice President and Director roles in Sales & Marketing, with technology corporations like Clockwork Solutions, Descartes (formerly Airclic), IBM (formerly Cognos/Adaytum) and Forsythe Technology. Blake has unique skill set in being a marketer and understanding code and technology. He has worked for multiple technology companies leading their Marketing Automation Teams, including IBM and Code42. In addition, he has worked at an Email Service Provider in the past as an Account Manager managing marketing automation for retail clients including Loreal, Hasbro, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Hyundai. He hands on expertise in many applications including, but not limited to, Marketo, Eloqua, IBM Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau enabling him to provide a full cycle understanding of marketing spend and ROI.

He takes lead on managing our partnership with Marketo and our services with key clients to ensure requirements are mapped to the correct resources. As a Marketo Certified Expert, Robert also has an outstanding software and technical skill set that allows him to work with a variety of client and server technologies across the healthcare, IT software/technology industries.

Aimee also assists with creative and technical strategies, implementation and is an expert in Salesforce Administration. Think of Aimee as our North Star, guiding us to use marketing automation best practices from implementation to campaign execution.
