Client Engagement Specialist

The Client Engagement Specialist will assist with managing clients and projects to ensure they are delivered with high quality, on time and on budget. The CES will also support client product selection and implementation of Marketo and Marketo partner programs. Also responsible for gathering resources for project execution, creating decks and other project management responsibilities.

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in customer service and digital marketing. If you’re a team player and a problem-solver, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

      • Identify and share Marketo and marketing automation best practices
      • Organize project tasks and track team accountability via Active Collab
      • Ensure client understands project flow and application for desired results
      • Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts ensuring client
        satisfaction and renewal
      • Manage client project budgets to ensure timelines and expectations are met
      • Provide a clear and complete project handover
      • Develop team skills through training/coaching/collaboration

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

      • Background in sales and customer service
      • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      • Customer-oriented approach
      • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
      • Sharp business acumen
      • Problem-solving aptitude
      • BSc/BA in Business or similar field
      • Marketo Certified (MCA)
