Minneapolis, MN — February 10TH, 2026 — Leadous announced today the appointment of Judith (Judi) Cousineau as Senior Vice President of Client Operations, a newly expanded role designed to strengthen client outcomes, delivery excellence, and operational scale as the company enters its next phase of growth.

In this role, Judi will partner closely with Leadous leadership to align client success, delivery operations, and internal systems. Her focus will include improving portfolio-level client health, establishing a clear operating cadence, strengthening cross-functional execution, and ensuring Leadous continues to deliver consistent, high-impact results for its clients.

Judi Cousineau brings over 30 years of leadership across digital transformation, operational excellence, and executive client delivery. She has led portfolio and delivery organizations through growth, change, and complexity—building operating cadence, strengthening cross-functional execution, and translating strategy into practical, scalable systems. Her experience includes senior leadership roles at agencies including MERGE and Perkuto Solutions, where she oversaw delivery operations, client strategy, and large consulting teams across multi-platform marketing operations and revenue execution programs for enterprise and high-growth clients.
