Leadous’ Aimee LaBree-Hohn Transitions to Head of Enablement, Expanding Client and Team Success Across Digital Transformation

MINNEAPOLIS, MN , FEBRUARY 5TH, 2026 , Leadous today announced the transition of Aimee LaBree-Hohn from Vice President of Training & Development to Enablement, formalizing and expanding a capability that has become essential as organizations pursue broader digital transformation initiatives. In her new role, LaBree-Hohn will focus on enabling both clients and internal teams through change management, strategic adoption planning, practical training, and ongoing support, accelerating time-to-value and strengthening execution outcomes.
Over her tenure at Leadous, LaBree-Hohn’s work has evolved in direct response to what clients need most. She began in client execution, moved into employee training and management, and has most recently led hands-on client onboarding for complex initiatives, working alongside clients while guiding Leadous teams through high-stakes implementations. That journey has made her a natural fit to lead Enablement: the connective tissue between strategy, execution, adoption, and sustained results.
As Leadous’ work has expanded deeper into the digital transformation space, one pattern has become undeniable: technology and implementation are only part of the equation. Clients consistently require change management, clear strategic direction, role-based training, and ongoing support to realize outcomes, especially when initiatives span multiple stakeholders, workflows, and systems.

In her Enablement role, La-Bree-Hohn will:
