So let’s get right to it.  What do Marketo services costs?  Leadous built our business based on the fact that not every marketing automation effort requires the same support. Flexibility has been the name of the game since the beginning. What you need now and what you need in a year may be different. And what you need and what someone else needs may be different. And of course the answer to what does it cost is – it depends.

Time & Materials

 

What is it?  

Time and materials pricing ties an hourly fee to any hours used in a period of time.

 

Who is it for?  

This pricing is great for clients who  do not have a large upfront investment that they can make and want to be charged only for the hours used at the time they are used.

 

Cost:

$225/hr

 

Block of Hours

 

What is it?

 A block of hours provides a large amount of hours as a pool that you can use for any services Leadous provides.  You can use them in any increment and they do not expire.

 

Who is it for?  

Block of hours are great for budget conscious clients who want a discounted rate, know that they are going to need ongoing support but are unsure of what the specific requirements will be month to month.

 

Cost:

Discounted rate of $185 for blocks of 200 hours or more

 

Monthly Retainer

 

What is it?

A monthly retainer allows for a set amount of hours to be used by a client every month over the course of a specified period of time. The most common are annual or quarterly based agreements based on why the resource is needed.

 

Who is it for?  

Small marketing departments that need the extra support, cases where someone has an extended period of time off and the team needs extra hands on deck or when Marketo expertise is in demand and the team wants to have someone help them get up to speed.

Project

 

What is it?

When there is that one Marketo thing, the feature that you want to give a go, that you haven’t done before.  A project that ties directly to that initiative helps you stay focused on fast.  Things that fit into this category are feature implementations, integrations, training, revenue cycle modeler set up, and many more.

 

Who is it for?  

This is for those that have very specific one off needs and don’t need ongoing support, yet may require a more comprehensive plan to address the needs.
